Repair Pack

If the repair pack does not give you what this site says it gives you, ask for a refund and you will get one. That specifically includes:

• The pack failed to generate, or generated without the content described.
• A proposed DNS record was wrong in a way that is demonstrably a fault of the tool.
• You bought it twice by accident.

What a refund does not cover is the case where the scan correctly found nothing much wrong. The free scan shows you the findings and their severity before you pay, precisely so that you can decide whether the repair pack is worth buying. That is deliberate: the scan is not crippled to force a purchase.

To request one, contact mAIb Tech quoting the domain and the date of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. When a payment is refunded, access to the associated repair pack ends.

Guard

Cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by asking. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and monitoring continues until then. Part-months are not refunded as a matter of course, but if you cancel shortly after a renewal you did not intend, ask.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
